ABOUT THIS PIECE
This piece is sculpted from translucent Utah Orange Alabaster that has become very rare and difficult to find. The stone has translucency and also areas that are raw stone which are not carved giving it an organic quality. It represents my transformation through sculpting. And is representational of our collective transformation.
